João Félix had a hand in almost everything Al-Nassr did well on Tuesday night. The Portuguese forward won a penalty before half-time and then, in the 61st minute, took a pass from Angelo inside the box and drove it home to give his side a 1-0 win over Neom at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh on 20 October 2026, closing round 10 of the Roshn Saudi League.

The first half ended goalless despite Al-Nassr's pressure. Cristiano Ronaldo had a goal ruled out for offside in stoppage time, and moments later Félix was brought down in the area by Mohammed Waleed. After a VAR review the referee pointed to the spot, but Ronaldo fired his kick wide.

Neom were no passengers. Saïd Benrahma tested the Al-Nassr defence in the 39th minute and had another opening in the 90th that could have snatched a draw, while Alexandre Lacazette led the line for the visitors.

Ronaldo had another chance just after the restart without finding the net, and it was Félix who eventually broke the deadlock. Neom almost replied straight away: Alexandre Lacazette struck the crossbar in the 67th minute, and the visitors carried some threat on the break, but the Al-Nassr defence held firm to the final whistle.

The result lifts Al-Nassr to 22 points and third place, three behind leaders Al-Qadsiah and two behind second-placed Al-Hilal. Neom stay sixth on 16 points.

Faisal Al-Balawi refereed the match, and Sadio Mané also featured for Al-Nassr alongside Ronaldo and Félix.
