Is there Roshn Saudi League football this week? No. If you were planning to watch your team between Thursday, 5 November and Saturday, 7 November, you will have to wait. The Saudi Pro League announced on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, that all of Matchweek 13 has been postponed, and replacement dates have not yet been set.

Why has the round been moved? The league tied the decision to the rescheduling of the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, which the Asian Football Confederation has moved to 23 December 2027 to 21 January 2028, instead of 7 January to 5 February 2027. The SPL said the change gives the domestic calendar more room, and it is reviewing the rest of the season to spread fixtures more evenly and give players enough time to rest and recover.

Which games involving the big three are affected? Under the published schedule, Al Hilal were due away at Al Ettifaq, Al Nassr were set to visit Al Hazem, and Al Ittihad were to host Neom. All three now wait for new dates. Al Hilal go into the break top of the table, two points clear of Al Qadsiah and Al Nassr.

Have these clubs had fixtures moved before? Yes. On 13 October the league shifted three Matchweek 9 games for logistical reasons: Al Riyadh v Al Hilal and Al Ittihad v Al Shabab now take place on Saturday, 19 December 2026, and Al Ahli v Al Nassr on Saturday, 6 March 2027.

What about tickets already bought? Fans holding tickets for a postponed game should check the platform they bought from and their club's announcements, as the arrangements for keeping or refunding tickets are set match by match.

When will the new calendar be known? The SPL will hold a workshop with Roshn Saudi League clubs to discuss the proposed changes and hear their feedback, then announce the new dates once the revised calendar has been agreed with all relevant parties. In the meantime the league pauses for the international window, with the Saudi national team gathering in Doha from 8 to 17 November.
