Georgios Donis has called up 30 players for Saudi Arabia's November camp in Doha, according to the squad list published by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation on Wednesday, 4 November 2026. The Green Falcons will use the international break to play two friendlies against Asian opposition.

The camp comes a day after the Asian Football Confederation moved the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 to a new window of 23 December 2027 to 21 January 2028, giving the Greek coach more time to shape his side for the home tournament.

  • Where and when: Doha, Qatar, from 8 to 17 November, during the FIFA international window.
  • First test: South Korea on Friday, 13 November. The Korea Football Association has set kick-off for 5.30pm Doha time, which is also the time in Makkah.
  • Head to head: the two sides have met 19 times, with five wins each and nine draws.
  • Second test: Uzbekistan on Tuesday, 17 November. The stadiums for both games have not yet been announced.
  • Goalkeepers: Mohammed Al-Owais, Hamed Yousef and Abdulquddus Atiah.
  • Notable absence: captain Salem Al-Dawsari is not in the squad, with press reports linking his absence to his fitness.

Elsewhere in the squad are defender Saud Abdulhamid, midfielders Mohamed Kanno, Musab Al-Juwayr and Nasser Al-Dawsari, and forwards Firas Al-Buraikan, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Marwan Al-Sahafi and Abdullah Al Salem.
