SAR 159.76 million: that is what Fourth Milling Company made in net profit over the first nine months of 2026, up about 15% from SAR 138.87 million a year earlier. The Dammam-based miller posted the preliminary figures on the Saudi Exchange on Thursday 29 October, and they were carried by Argaam and Mubasher.
The third quarter alone contributed SAR 55.89 million, 7.2% more than the same quarter of 2025 and 10.6% more than the second quarter of this year. The breakdown shows that flour was only part of the picture:
- Revenue came to SAR 527.86 million for the nine months, up 12.6%, including SAR 184.78 million in the third quarter, up 12.1%.
- Gross margin widened to 49% in the quarter, from 46% a year before.
- For the nine months, the company tied the growth to flour volumes rising 5% and bran 13%, helped by firmer bran and feed prices.
- In the third quarter, feed sales jumped 53.8% and bran sales 9.8%, while flour volumes held roughly steady.
- General and administrative costs went up on staff expenses, and selling and distribution costs also rose, absorbing part of the sales gain.
- Earnings per share reached SAR 0.30 for the nine months, against SAR 0.26, and shareholders' equity stood at SAR 813.89 million.
Founded in November 2016, Fourth Milling produces flour, animal feed and bran from its head office in Dammam and branches in Madinah and Al-Kharj. Its shares joined the main market of the Saudi Exchange in October 2024 at an offer price of SAR 5.30. Al-Khaleej Industrial Flour Milling Company owns 70% of the miller, which paid SAR 70.2 million in cash dividends in July for the first half of the year.
