Previously, Baladi was Global Head of Marketplace at SmartRecruiters, helping scale it from pre-revenue to unicorn status, and worked at LearnVest before its acquisition by Northwestern Mutual. He holds degrees in computer science, mathematics and finance from Virginia Tech.
