Major Infrastructure Projects

Completed municipal projects valued at SR464 million were officially launched, while new projects worth SR873.5 million entered the construction phase.

The developments include roads, sidewalks, street lighting, flood mitigation systems, public parks, and recreational facilities designed to strengthen infrastructure and improve services for both residents and visitors.

Expanding Housing Opportunities

In the housing sector, Al-Hogail inaugurated projects worth SR185.7 million, including the Telal Al-Baha development, as well as housing initiatives in Baljurashi and Qilwa governorates.

He also laid the foundation stone for new residential projects valued at SR150 million under the Kingdom’s off-plan sales program to increase housing supply and support homeownership.
