Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority Turki Alalshikh has announced the completion of Boulevard Business Park, the Kingdom’s first business resort and entertainment-focused workplace, with investments exceeding SR1 billion.
The project represents a major addition to Riyadh’s commercial landscape by combining modern office spaces with integrated retail and lifestyle facilities.
A New Mixed-Use Business Destination
Located within Boulevard City in Riyadh, Boulevard Business Park features nine office buildings offering more than 60,000 square meters of leasable office space.
The development also includes retail outlets, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces, and more than 1,300 parking spaces, creating a comprehensive business environment for companies and entrepreneurs.
Strategic Partnerships
The project was developed in partnership with HAYY Real Estate Development Company and REQ Real Estate Fund – French Capital, while Sela will oversee its management and operations.
The collaboration reflects the growing role of public-private partnerships in delivering large-scale investment projects across the Kingdom.
Supporting Vision 2030
Originally announced in 2024 as the first phase of the Boulevard District redevelopment master plan, the project is designed to integrate business, commercial, and entertainment experiences within a single destination.
