Jacqueline Jackaman is an award-winning Creative Director, author, and visual storyteller with over 15 years of experience in international media and cultural production. A bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, her career began in news production with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) before she transitioned into high-end culinary documentation. Jacqueline’s landmark project, “Cooking her Heritage: Saudi Arabia,” earned two prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, including first place for Food Heritage. For this work, she served as the sole photographer, designer, and author, a testament to her ability to manage complex, award-winning creative lifecycles. Her latest publication, “Saudi Fusion Flavours,” is co-authored with the President of the Saudi Chefs Association and is set for release in Spring 2026. Her expertise is underpinned by an academic foundation in Journalism and an executive certificate from the London School of Economics (LSE)
