Al Nassr secured the Saudi Pro League title after a dominant 4-1 victory over Damac FC in the final round of the season, marking the club’s first league triumph since the 2018-2019 campaign.
Heading into the decisive match, Al Nassr needed a victory regardless of the result of rivals Al Hilal, who also won their match against Al Fayha. However, Al Nassr successfully handled the pressure and delivered a memorable performance in front of their fans.
Senegalese star Sadio Mané opened the scoring with a powerful header after more than 30 minutes of sustained pressure, while French winger Kingsley Coman doubled the lead early in the second half with a superb strike from outside the box.
Although Damac briefly reduced the deficit through a penalty kick, football icon Cristiano Ronaldo once again stole the spotlight by scoring a stunning free-kick into the bottom corner before adding a fourth goal from inside the area, sealing a historic title victory for Al Nassr.
The win lifted Al Nassr to 86 points at the top of the table, finishing two points ahead of second-placed Al Hilal and officially clinching the league title on the final day of the season.
