Sultan Al-Mandash continued to make a strong impression for Al Hilal this season, playing a key role in his side’s 3-0 victory over Al-Fayha. The forward was named Player of the Match after scoring Al Hilal’s second goal and helping his team secure another important three points.
The victory took Al Hilal’s tally to six points in the Saudi Pro League, providing an encouraging start to a season in which the club is expected to compete for major domestic and international honors.
For Al-Mandash, however, the latest recognition is not an isolated achievement. His performance against Al-Fayha builds on an impressive campaign last season, when he was named Player of the Match on three occasions against Al Shabab, Al Khaleej and Neom.
Al Hilal Fans: The Key to Al-Mandash’s Confidence
Following the match, Al-Mandash credited Al Hilal’s supporters for playing a major role in his continued development and performances on the pitch.
The player highlighted the importance of the support he receives from the stands, explaining that the encouragement of Al Hilal fans gives him additional motivation to work harder and deliver his best whenever he steps onto the field.
For Al-Mandash, the connection with the supporters is about more than the atmosphere inside the stadium. Their backing has become an important source of confidence and motivation, encouraging him to continue improving and contributing to the team.
His response has come through his performances, with the player determined to repay that support by helping Al Hilal win matches and ultimately compete for trophies.
Ready to Play Anywhere Under Simone Inzaghi
Al-Mandash has also made it clear that he is ready to play in any position requested by head coach Simone Inzaghi.
The player’s willingness to adapt to different tactical roles gives the coaching staff greater flexibility, particularly during a demanding season in which Al Hilal will have to manage a busy schedule and multiple competitions.
For Al-Mandash, the priority remains the team’s success. His readiness to follow the coach’s instructions reflects his commitment to the collective objective and his desire to continue developing within Inzaghi’s tactical system.
Growing Trust Between Player and Coaching Staff
While the support of the fans has been central to Al-Mandash’s confidence, the relationship with Inzaghi and his coaching staff is another important element in his progress.
The trust placed in the player can help him better understand his responsibilities and adapt to the tactical demands of the team. Al-Mandash has emphasized the importance of teamwork and discipline in achieving Al Hilal’s ambitions.
As the season progresses, maintaining consistency will be one of the player’s biggest challenges, particularly with strong competition for places and several attacking options available to the coaching staff.
Bigger Ambitions Beyond Individual Awards
For Al-Mandash, individual recognition is not the ultimate goal. His ambition is to contribute to an Al Hilal side capable of competing for major trophies both domestically and internationally.
With the season still in its early stages, the player has plenty of opportunities to build on his strong start and become an increasingly influential member of the squad.
His approach reflects a clear understanding that personal performances are ultimately valuable when they contribute to collective success. For Al-Mandash, scoring goals and winning individual awards are part of a bigger objective: helping Al Hilal win matches and lift trophies.
Al Hilal Supporters Expect More
With his strong start to the season, Sultan Al-Mandash has an opportunity to establish himself as an important figure in Al Hilal’s campaign.
The next challenge will be maintaining his current level and turning individual moments of brilliance into consistent contributions throughout the season.
As Al Hilal targets success across multiple competitions, Al-Mandash will be looking to build on his latest performance and continue delivering for his team. And if his recent comments are any indication, the support of the club’s passionate fan base will remain one of his biggest sources of motivation.
