Sarah Al-Suhaimi, Chairperson of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), announced that the exchange is currently working closely with Nasdaq to upgrade its market systems and infrastructure,

as part of the Kingdom’s commitment to technological advancement and global competitiveness.

Speaking at the Saudi-American Investment Forum in Riyadh, Al-Suhaimi highlighted the growing momentum of foreign participation in the market,

revealing that over 4,000 foreign investors are now actively engaged.

She noted that approximately 55% of all foreign investments in the Saudi market originate from the United States — a reflection of the strong confidence American institutions place in the Kingdom’s economic prospects and market stability.

This aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to expand its investor base, enhance transparency,

and position itself as a leading regional and global financial hub in line with Vision 2030.
