Just 20 miles west of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is planning to establish a dedicated hub for Mercedes high-performance sports cars and Formula 1 vehicles in Qiddiya’s sports and entertainment city.
The Mercedes-AMG World of Performance exhibition will cover 45,000 square meters across nine floors, featuring immersive attractions and exhibits that highlight the brand’s legacy and its successful Formula 1 team.
The center will be located at the start-finish line of Qiddiya’s Speed Park Circuit, which is currently under construction and is set to host Formula 1 races in the future.

It will include more than 60 simulators and a Motion 4D simulation theater.
The project is a joint venture between Qiddiya Investment Company and Mercedes-AMG, the high-performance division of Mercedes-Benz, and is supported by Juffali Automotive Company, the exclusive distributor of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Saudi Arabia.
The Qiddiya racetrack, designed by former Formula 1 driver Alexander Wurz and renowned circuit architect Hermann Tilke, will feature 21 turns and will leverage Qiddiya’s natural landscape to create over 108 meters of elevation change per lap.
Additionally, the project will incorporate several configurations, including a street circuit section, a high-speed open track, and the “Blade” corner, which will rise more than 70 meters above ground level.
According to real estate consultancy firm Knight Frank, Qiddiya—one of Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects—is valued at approximately $22 billion, as stated in its 2024 annual report. The project is expected to be completed by 2030.
