Three Podium Finishes for Honda Saudi Motorsport Team (HSMS)

The Honda Saudi Motorsport Team (HSMS) continued its impressive performance on the Saudi racing scene, supported by Saleh Cars Group, Mobil 1, and Johnson Transparent Mask, during its outstanding participation in the second round of the Saudi Toyota Hill Climb Championship.

The event took place on Al-Mohamadiyah Hill in Taif on Friday and Saturday, July 18–19, 2025, in a highly competitive atmosphere filled with excitement and energy among elite drivers from across the Kingdom.

In one of the team’s strongest performances to date, Captain Enas Hamzah dazzled the audience with her balanced and professional driving.

She secured second place in the 5A category driving a Honda Civic Sport, clocking an impressive time of 2:14.869, amid fierce competition from some of the Kingdom’s top young drivers.

She didn’t stop there—Enas also claimed third place in the Women’s category, affirming her status as one of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent female drivers in motorsports.

In a statement following the race, Captain Enas said:

“The race was intense, and the course required maximum focus. I’m proud of what we achieved today with the Honda Saudi team, and we look forward—God willing—to achieving more in the upcoming rounds.”

Meanwhile, team leader Captain Bandar Al-Sulami made a confident return to the challenge, delivering a strong performance that earned him third place in the 4A category, driving a Honda Civic Type R with a time of 2:05.036. This result reflects the team’s high level of preparation and competitive spirit across various race classes.

Captain Bandar Al-Sulami praised the event’s level of organization and competition, commending the team’s cohesion and partner support:

“The race was highly professional and a great challenge. We are proud of our team’s collective performance and the dedicated support from Abdullah Hashim Company in maintenance and spare parts, especially for restoring the car to competition-ready condition after an accident in the first round—in record time.

We are also grateful for the ongoing support from our partners. God willing, we aim for top positions in the next round and invite all Civic Type R enthusiasts to attend and support us in the final round on August 8–9.”

This success aligns with the strategic vision of Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd., the official Honda distributor in Saudi Arabia, which seeks to empower Saudi teams to achieve excellence in motorsports and support the growth of local talent in this dynamic field.
