In the case of violating residents, penalties include deportation and a 10-year re-entry ban.

Strict penalties also apply to anyone facilitating illegal access to Hajj, including those issuing unauthorized visas, transporting or housing violators,

or offering assistance by any means.

Fines in such cases may reach up to SAR 100,000, and are multiplied based on the number of violators involved.

These measures reflect the Kingdom’s commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of pilgrims,

maintaining order during the sacred rituals, and encouraging public cooperation in reporting violations through official hotlines.
