The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has announced the opening of new regional offices across the Kingdom as part of a strategic plan to enhance tourism services and elevate the overall visitor experience, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which positions tourism as a key driver of economic growth.
According to the ministry, the new offices will play a vital role in facilitating communication with investors and tourism operators, as well as directly overseeing hotels and tourism establishments to ensure the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
The initiative aims to improve operational efficiency through decentralized management, enabling faster response to visitor needs and stronger support for local tourism businesses in every region of the Kingdom.
In addition, the regional offices will promote Saudi Arabia’s diverse tourism assets — from heritage sites to natural landscapes — and support national tourism events and cultural festivals, reinforcing the Kingdom’s status as a leading global destination for travel and leisure.
The ministry emphasized that this expansion reflects its ongoing efforts to build a comprehensive administrative framework for the tourism sector, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors while contributing to economic diversification and national development goals.
