Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior has clarified that all types of visit visas—including family, tourist, and business visas—do not entitle holders to perform Hajj.
The ministry emphasized that only individuals with an official Hajj visa issued through authorized channels are permitted to take part in the pilgrimage.

Citizens and residents are urged to comply with regulations and avoid using visit visas to attempt unauthorized entry into the holy sites during the Hajj season.
This announcement comes as part of the Kingdom’s broader efforts to ensure an organized and safe Hajj experience,
protect pilgrims, and prevent overcrowding by unauthorized visitors.
