The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has reiterated that performing Hajj this year will be strictly limited to individuals who possess an official permit issued by authorized entities.
The ministry emphasized the importance of adhering to official procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all pilgrims.
This directive is part of broader efforts to regulate the pilgrimage in an organized, secure, and efficient manner.

Any attempt to perform Hajj without a valid permit will be considered a legal violation, and offenders will face penalties including fines and possible deportation.
The ministry urged citizens and residents to register only through official channels and avoid dealing with unauthorized agents or intermediaries. Ensuring a safe and smooth pilgrimage experience remains a top priority for the Kingdom’s leadership.
