The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) in Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of its new “Automatic Online Payment” service, designed to enable companies and individuals to pay their insurance contributions automatically — a step that strengthens digital transformation and streamlines the user experience.
According to GOSI, the new system allows entities to set up automated recurring payments through approved banking channels, ensuring that contributions are deducted periodically and accurately without manual intervention.
The initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of contribution management, simplify employer compliance, and minimize errors associated with manual payments, resulting in greater accuracy and seamless financial operations.
GOSI emphasized that this service reflects its commitment to expanding its digital ecosystem in line with Saudi Vision 2030, adopting the highest standards of transparency, security, and operational excellence to facilitate citizen and resident services.
This development follows a series of digital upgrades to GOSI’s systems, including improvements to the electronic services portal and “Tameenati” mobile application, as well as the expansion of customer support channels to ensure faster and more flexible communication.
The organization confirmed that the automatic payment service is now available to all sectors nationwide, encouraging employers to activate the feature through their bank accounts to ensure continuous and error-free insurance coverage.
