Saudi Arabia is set to unveil a $2 billion (SAR 7.5 billion) package of new initiatives aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs during Biban 2025, one of the region’s largest entrepreneurship and innovation forums.
The initiatives are designed to foster innovation, boost financing accessibility, and enhance the competitiveness of startups, aligning with Vision 2030’s goal of creating a diversified, knowledge-driven economy.
According to organizers, the new package will include funding programs, business accelerators, and strategic partnerships with local and international investors to improve access to capital and markets. It will also introduce digital training and capacity-building programs to equip entrepreneurs with the skills needed for the digital economy.
Biban 2025 will gather participants from the public and private sectors, venture capital firms, and global investors, featuring interactive exhibitions, panel discussions, and success stories from across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
The announcement underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to empowering SMEs as a key driver of sustainable economic growth, employment creation, and innovation.
Organized by Monsha’at (the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority), Biban has become a cornerstone event for entrepreneurs and business leaders, serving as a platform to shape the future of entrepreneurship and innovation in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
