Saudi Arabia has been selected to host the 2027 World Conference of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP), represented by Dhahran Techno Valley at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
The achievement reflects the Kingdom’s growing leadership in energy, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
The conference is expected to attract over 1,000 participants, including academics, investors, and entrepreneurs from around the globe.
It will further strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position as a hub for innovation and investment, while aligning with the objectives of Vision 2030 to foster a sustainable knowledge-based economy.
Dhahran will take the global spotlight as the next host following the 2026 edition in France, marking a significant step in expanding international collaboration in science, technology, and innovation.
