Saudi Arabia launches new national survey to enhance healthcare services

The Saudi Ministry of Health has launched a new nationwide survey aimed at evaluating and improving the quality of healthcare services across the Kingdom.

As part of the country’s ongoing healthcare transformation under Vision 2030, the survey seeks to better understand the needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels of citizens and residents regarding access, service quality, and patient experience in medical facilities.

Conducted in collaboration with the General Authority for Statistics, the survey will be accessible through multiple digital platforms and will ensure full privacy and transparency in data handling.

The collected insights will be used to inform healthcare policies, optimize resource allocation, and elevate service standards.

The Ministry of Health emphasized that public participation in the survey is vital for shaping a more efficient and inclusive healthcare system, urging everyone to take part in supporting national health development efforts.
