This November, the city of Riyadh will welcome the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, marking the tournament’s return to Saudi Arabia after 20 years. More than 3,000 athletes from 57 countries are set to compete in this landmark event.
The games will showcase a wide range of sporting disciplines, bringing together athletes from across the Islamic world to celebrate unity, solidarity, and sporting excellence. Beyond the competition, the event serves as a platform for cultural exchange and the promotion of friendship among nations.
Hosting the Islamic Solidarity Games reflects the Kingdom’s growing role as a global hub for major sporting events and aligns with the ambitions of Vision 2030, which emphasizes promoting sports, encouraging community participation, and positioning Riyadh as an international destination for athletics and entertainment.
