She earned her degree in Organizational Development from King Abdulaziz University in 2014 while concurrently supporting her family business and recognizing the need for greater female representation in the workforce.
During this time, she spearheaded a groundbreaking career fair that attracted over 17,000 female participants. Fulfilling her long-standing aspiration to attend the prestigious Sorbonne University in Paris, she earned her master’s degree in marketing, Management Communications, and Media.

After returning to Saudi Arabia with her prestigious degree, Princess Lama joined Diriyah Company, where she played a vital role in shaping its evolving global vision for one of the Kingdom’s most significant cultural initiatives. Her fluency in French allows her to forge meaningful connections with French-speaking communities, further strengthening cultural ties between Saudi Arabia and the global Francophone diaspora. Driven by her passion for diplomacy and cultural exchange, Princess Lama is committed to fostering stronger ties between Saudi Arabia and France. She aims to leverage her strong French background and language proficiency to promote dialogue, collaboration, and shared cultural values between the two nations. When asked during this interview about her commitment and dedication, she explains,
