The Qiwa platform, under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, has launched a new set of digital services aimed at improving operational efficiency and streamlining procedures within Saudi Arabia’s private sector.
The new updates include instant smart services that allow employers to manage employment contracts, issue professional visas, transfer services, and terminate agreements electronically. The platform also introduced an upgraded interactive performance dashboard enabling real-time monitoring of company compliance and workforce metrics.
Additionally, Qiwa rolled out a unified verification system that allows public and private entities to securely access employment and establishment data through interconnected digital interfaces, ensuring greater transparency and data accuracy.
According to Qiwa, these enhancements reflect its commitment to continuous improvement and align with Saudi Vision 2030 goals to build an efficient, digital, and transparent labor market driven by innovation and governance.
Today, Qiwa serves as the central gateway for all labor-related digital services in the Kingdom, offering over 100 e-services covering the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring to contract termination — with seamless integration across multiple government entities.
In the coming phase, Qiwa aims to expand its offerings to include AI-powered analytics and predictive workforce tools, supporting decision-makers and contributing to a more competitive, sustainable, and digitally empowered Saudi economy.
