He has three brothers — Anas, Zuheir, and Ihsan — and one sister, Najla.

He later moved to the United Kingdom, where he earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Peterborough University.

Following the death of his father Abdul Samad Al Qurashi, the family’s business was split into various branches run by Mohammed and his siblings.

In 1988, the four brothers decided to merge all 21 branches into one entity:

This milestone was supported by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who personally created a fragrance blend that the group adopted and stamped with the royal seal.
