In celebration of Eid Al-Fitr, the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites has launched the third edition of the “Makkah Greets Us” event, taking place in the Hira Cultural District.
Running from the second day of Eid until the seventh of Shawwal (March 31 to April 5, 2025), the event features a wide array of recreational, cultural, and heritage activities designed for families and individuals of all ages.
The initiative aims to strengthen community ties, showcase the cultural and historical identity of Makkah, and offer a unique and engaging environment for both residents and visitors.
Visitors will enjoy traditional folklore performances, educational and interactive activities, and cultural showcases centered on Islamic heritage and historical landmarks.
Content will be presented in 26 languages, making it accessible to people from diverse backgrounds.
The event is free and open to the public, offering a welcoming and festive atmosphere for families and tourists to celebrate Eid in a truly authentic Saudi cultural experience.
