The Saudi Ministry of Justice has launched a unified translation service through its e-Litigation platform, marking a significant step toward enhancing judicial efficiency and ensuring accessibility for users of different languages.
The new service provides instant and reliable translation of legal documents, pleadings, and court rulings, helping facilitate judicial processes for non-Arabic speakers, including residents and visitors.
The ministry emphasized that this initiative is part of its broader efforts to modernize the digital judicial system, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to strengthen digital transformation and deliver innovative legal services that guarantee easier access to justice.
By integrating translation services directly into the e-Litigation platform, the ministry ensures greater transparency, efficiency, and accuracy, thereby reinforcing the protection of rights and building confidence in the Kingdom’s judicial practices.
