Saudi racing talent Farah AlYousef is set to make a landmark appearance as a Wild Card entrant in the second round of the F1 Academy series, taking place at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit from April 18 to 20, 2025, in parallel with the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
Racing with the Hitech TGR team, Farah will drive car #4, named “MUHRA”, marking her debut in this elite international series.
Her journey into motorsport is nothing short of inspiring—transitioning from a football goalkeeper to a karting champion, and now a rising figure in international racing.
Farah has already left her mark by winning the Saudi Women’s Karting Championship and competing at the Karting World Finals.
She also raced in the F4 Middle East Championship, consistently pushing the limits and earning respect on and off the track.
Commenting on her participation, Farah said:
“Competing at home in Jeddah is incredibly special. It’s a moment I’ve dreamed of. I hope to inspire more Saudi girls to pursue their passion for motorsport and believe that they, too, belong on the track.”

Her participation represents a broader movement of empowering Saudi women across various sectors, especially in fields that once seemed out of reach.
With determination and national support, Farah’s presence on the grid is not only a personal victory, but a step forward for the entire region.
