It’s a game of patience, precision, and powerful teamwork—but let’s be honest, looking good while you do it is half the fun. That’s where skins come in.
In this game, character skins are referred to as “Garbs”, and they become available once you’ve completed two full missions.
Until then, you’re stuck with the base look, even through some intense fights. But the wait? Totally worth it.
Once unlocked, you can change your appearance anytime by heading to the mirror in Roundtable Hold or simply selecting “Change Outfit” from the main menu.
Early on, your choices are limited to either Dawn or Dusk styles for each character. However, once you’ve taken down the final boss,
two more skins become available—many of which are clever throwbacks to classic Soulsborne characters.
Most skins are purchased using the in-game currency Murk, earned through expeditions or by selling valuable relics you’ve discovered on your journey.
While some skins can be pricey, careful saving and planning go a long way.
Not everything costs Murk, though. You can earn Legacy Garbs by completing each character’s Remembrance Questline,
which you can start (or delay) by visiting the Journal in Roundtable Hold. Once completed, the outfits unlock automatically—no Murk required.
