A bright, coastal-inspired space, refined yet relaxed, evoked the ambiance of its iconic international destinations. Within it, Corporate Executive Chef Alessandro Pizza curated a tasting journey rooted in Mediterranean traditions and global influences. With two decades of culinary leadership across Nikki Beach properties, his selection represented the brand’s celebrated Coastal Cuisine: fresh, elegant, sun-driven, and effortlessly cosmopolitan.

The sensory experience continued at the bespoke mocktail bar, led by Global Bar & Mixology Director Charles Barnes, whose crafted beverages embodied Nikki Beach’s trademark balance of playfulness and sophistication. And throughout the summit, the atmosphere was elevated by Mademoiselle Sabah, the group’s Global Music Ambassador, whose sets infused the space with the rhythmic, sun-kissed energy that defines Nikki Beach around the world.
