Teddy Abou Jaoudé, façade engineer and consultant, joins The Saudi Times to lead Structural Intelligence, a new periodic section dedicated to the architecture, design, engineering and ai breakthroughs shaping Saudi Arabia’s built future.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Teddy Abou Jaoudé brings over a decade of experience in civil engineering delivering some of the Kingdom’s most ambitious projects. His work spans façade systems, modular construction, digital design, and sustainable building envelopes translating technical innovation into architectural storytelling that mirrors Saudi Arabia’s creative and cultural momentum.
He has collaborated with leading developers and engineering firms across the region, contributing to landmark developments including NEOM’s Sindalah Island, Avenue Mall Riyadh, Masar Development in Mecca, and the Riyadh Metro projects that together reflect the precision, progress, and pride driving Vision 2030’s built revolution.
Through Structural Intelligence, Teddy will explore how design and data converge to build the future covering Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects and national initiatives such as Cityscape 2025, Qiddiya, New Murabba, and the Mecca Redevelopment Corridor. Each feature will highlight the technologies, materials, and human stories driving the Kingdom’s engineering evolution.
