Saudi Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Tourism Development Fund Ahmed Al-Khateeb visited The Point<\/strong> project in the Asir region to review construction progress at one of the Kingdom’s largest mixed-use tourism developments.<\/p>\n

The project is the first and largest mixed-use development in Asir supported by the Tourism Development Fund, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s continued investment in expanding tourism infrastructure.<\/p>\n

SR1.125 Billion Investment<\/h2>\n

The Point represents a total investment of approximately SR1.125 billion ($300 million) and is being developed across an area of 75,000 square meters by Advanced Rasm for Property Management Company.<\/p>\n

The development is designed to offer an integrated destination combining hospitality, retail, entertainment, and commercial facilities to enhance the visitor experience.<\/p>\n

Strengthening Asir as a Tourism Destination<\/h2>\n

During the visit, Al-Khateeb said Asir possesses exceptional natural landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and significant tourism potential, making it one of Saudi Arabia’s most promising destinations.<\/p>\n
