The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has emphasized that strict compliance with the Hajj permit system is essential to ensuring the safety of pilgrims and the smooth organization of their movement within Makkah and the holy sites.<\/p>\n

The ministry explained that the permit system serves as a key tool for effective crowd management and balanced distribution of pilgrims, enabling efficient service delivery at the right time and place while maintaining stability throughout the Hajj season.<\/p>\n

It warned that violations not only result in legal penalties but also pose risks to pilgrim safety and disrupt service operations, cautioning against unauthorized Hajj campaigns and misleading advertisements on social media.<\/p>\n

As part of proactive efforts, the ministry is coordinating with Hajj affairs offices worldwide to raise awareness and guide pilgrims before arrival, ensuring proper organization from the outset of their journey.<\/p>\n

Pilgrims were urged to verify their permits prior to travel, with authorities reaffirming that the \u201cNo Hajj Without a Permit\u201d policy is fundamental to a safe and well-organized pilgrimage experience.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior announced fines of up to SAR 100,000 for individuals applying for visit visas for those attempting to perform Hajj without permits, or entering and staying in Makkah and the holy sites unlawfully. Penalties may increase depending on the number of violators involved.<\/p>\n

On the healthcare front, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority has launched its operational plan in Madinah to enhance emergency readiness. The plan includes more than 90 ambulance units equipped with advanced medical technologies, supported by rapid response teams and air ambulance capabilities.<\/p>\n

Over 700 medical, technical, and administrative personnel are involved in delivering integrated emergency services, ensuring rapid response and high-quality care for pilgrims throughout the Hajj season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
