iHerb has formally opened its new fulfillment center in Riyadh, marking a significant expansion of its operations in Saudi Arabia and reinforcing the Kingdom\u2019s growing role as a regional hub for logistics, e-commerce, and health-focused consumer infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>

Located in the Special Integrated Logistics Zone, the 40,000-square-meter site is designed to accelerate delivery, localize inventory, and improve service for customers across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa region. The facility is climate-controlled, cGMP-compliant, and operated in partnership with CJ Logistics, iHerb\u2019s long-standing third-party logistics partner.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

According to the company, the Riyadh site will allow products to move closer to customers, improve delivery speed, reduce shipping friction, and expand local availability. The center also joins iHerb\u2019s broader global fulfillment network, which now includes six U.S. centers and three international locations in Hong Kong, Incheon, and Riyadh.<\/span><\/p>

For iHerb, the strategic value of Riyadh goes beyond warehousing. \u201cWe operate nine fulfilment centres globally, and each one teaches us something about what it means to serve customers at scale,\u201d Zabihi said. \u201cRiyadh fits into that network in a very specific way… A hub is not just a warehouse.
