Saudi Arabia’s network of Red Sea ports, which have taken on growing importance for cargo inbound from international markets, connects seamlessly to its overland logistics routes, enabling goods to move efficiently from port to their final GCC destinations.<\/p>\n
The TGA has responded to the surge in demand with a series of targeted operational enhancements. The authority now monitors cargo movement across the kingdom in real time through a dedicated electronic platform, providing live visibility of freight corridors. A unified digital guide for carriers has been launched via the “Logisti” platform, setting out the permissible cargo categories for each vehicle type and simplifying market access for both Saudi and GCC-based operators depending on shipment type.<\/p>\n
