Saudi Arabia’s LEAP technology conference has confirmed its fifth edition will take place from August 31 to September 3, 2026, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham. The revised schedule follows extensive consultation with partners and stakeholders, with organiser Tahaluf ensuring the event continues to deliver the international scale and quality it has become known for since its launch in 2022.

In less than half a decade, LEAP has established itself as one of the most significant technology gatherings anywhere in the world. Since its inaugural edition, the conference has brought together hundreds of thousands of attendees, thousands of companies, and senior decision-makers from across the global technology industry, all converging on Riyadh for a concentrated period of dialogue, deal-making, and discovery.

Across its first four editions, LEAP is credited with generating more than $42 billion in investments, a figure that underscores the event’s role not just as a showcase, but as an active catalyst for capital and innovation flowing into Saudi Arabia’s technology sector. The partnership model that underpins LEAP, which links international technology players with local government entities and enterprise buyers, has made it a template for how emerging markets can position themselves at the centre of global technology conversations.

The upcoming edition is expected to build on the agenda that has defined LEAP’s growing reputation, with a programme spanning artificial intelligence, cloud computing, deep tech, gaming, and digital infrastructure. Founders, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders will make up the core audience, providing a mix of perspectives that reflects the breadth of the modern technology economy.

Annabelle Mander, Executive Vice President at Tahaluf and co-creator of LEAP, described the event’s purpose as bringing together “the world’s most ambitious minds to shape what’s next,” with the late August timing designed to maintain the levels of global participation that the LEAP community expects. Further details on speakers, partners, and programme highlights are expected in the coming months.

The fifth edition of LEAP arrives at a moment when Saudi Arabia’s technology ambitions have moved well beyond aspiration and into execution. Vision 2030’s digital economy pillar has seen major investments in data infrastructure, cloud adoption, and AI integration across public and private sectors. LEAP has been one of the most visible expressions of that journey, a statement to the global tech industry that Riyadh is not simply watching the future unfold but actively helping to define it.
