  • What brought you to Saudi Arabia and what has made you stay?<\/strong>\u201cI came to Saudi Arabia out of love. My grandfather, who always spoke with deep admiration for the Kingdom and its people, once told me: \u2018One day, you must go to Saudi.\u2019 After his passing, I felt a deep call in my heart to honor his words.It was just after COVID \u2014 a time when the world was searching for meaning and renewal. For me, it became a moment to reconnect with my roots, to understand myself more deeply, and to embrace a journey of transformation. Around that time, I began hearing about the extraordinary changes taking place under the leadership of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman \u2014 especially in culture and the arts. I felt that Saudi Arabia was opening not only its doors, but also its soul to the world.Stepping into the Kingdom was more than a decision \u2014 it was destiny. Here, I felt closer to my grandfather, and at the same time, closer to my own essence. What began as curiosity turned into devotion.

  • How has living here influenced your art?<\/strong>
    \n\u201cMy art has always been inspired by nature, cultures, and the soul of people. In Saudi Arabia, this inspiration found new depth. The desert taught me silence and patience; the light creates space for reflection. Each region carries its own palette. It\u2019s not only the landscapes but also the people\u2014their stories and resilience\u2014that have shaped my creative process. My art has grown more grounded and soulful here. Saudi Arabia gave me new colors to paint with and a new way of seeing.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • What do you admire most about Saudi culture?<\/strong>
      \n\u201cThe quiet dignity and generosity of the people. There is a poetry in the way tradition and modernity walk together \u2014 hand in hand.
      \nHospitality in Saudi Arabia is not simply a custom \u2014 it is a philosophy, a way of life. It has taught me to slow down, to be present, to value the depth of human connection. Saudis honor their heritage with pride, while at the same time welcoming the new with open hearts. That harmony is something rare and deeply beautiful.\u201d<\/li>\n
    • What do you think about the cultural transformation happening now?<\/strong>
      \n\u201cIt is extraordinary. Saudi Arabia is experiencing a renaissance, with creative energy everywhere: in galleries, music, and conversations with young Saudis. This transformation builds upon tradition rather than erasing it. I admire the vision of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, whose leadership reshapes the Kingdom with wisdom and creativity. Vision 2030 is not just transforming a nation; it is inspiring the world.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • What is something about Saudi Arabia you wish the world understood better?<\/strong>\u201cThat beyond every stereotype lies a land of warmth, creativity, and resilience. Saudi Arabia is full of stories waiting to be told, voices waiting to be heard.There is depth here \u2014 in the landscapes, in the faith, in the people \u2014 that can only be understood when you live it. I wish more people could experience the generosity I have received, the sense of community, and the pride that Saudis carry in their hearts. This Kingdom is not only rich in history \u2014 it is alive with beauty, spirit, and humanity.\u201d<\/li>\n
      • What are your favorite places in Saudi Arabia?<\/strong>\u201cAlUla feels like stepping into a dream. The stones themselves seem to whisper the stories of civilizations long past. The light there is unlike anywhere else in the world.In Jeddah, I love wandering the streets of Al- Balad, where history meets the sea, and where every corner tells a story of trade, faith, and cultural exchange.And in the desert outside Riyadh, endless horizons open like a canvas. In that silence, you discover yourself. To me, the desert is not empty \u2014 it is full of wisdom.\u201d<\/li>\n
      • What role do you think art plays in the new Saudi Arabia?<\/strong>\u201cArt is becoming one of the strongest bridges of this Kingdom. It connects generations. It allows Saudis to share their voices with the world. It invites dialogue between tradition and innovation.
        \nAs someone welcomed here, I have seen how art opens hearts, creates conversations, and builds connections that are both deeply local and universally human.
        \nFor me, art is a way of honoring the generosity and beauty of this land. It is my way of saying thank you to Saudi Arabia, and of showing the world the richness I have experienced here.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Saudi Arabia will always have my heart. It has shaped me into the woman I am becoming, stronger, more fearless, more grounded, and open to the endless possibilities of life.         The study reflects a dialogue between two artistic legacies, translating Andalusian mosaic geometry and Saudi- inspired palettes into refined expressions across upholstery, detailing, and the starlight headliner.<\/p>\n
