    The direct manager and employee jointly set individual goals and define the competencies required at the start of the performance evaluation cycle.<\/p>\n

        The reasons for achieving or not achieving the goals are discussed. Based on this evaluation, the employee\u2019s competency profile is updated,<\/p>\n

        and a training plan is developed based on the employee\u2019s needs and the organization\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n
