Waddah Salah, PwC Middle East\u2019s Managing Partner for Consulting, has announced his retirement after a remarkable 40-year journey in the consulting industry, which began on August 5, 1985, as a 22-year-old Systems Engineer in the United States.<\/p>\n

Salah\u2019s career has been instrumental in shaping the consulting landscape in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

Since relocating to the region in 1994\u2014when the industry was still in its infancy\u2014he played a key role in building PwC\u2019s consulting practice into one of the most prominent in the region, now comprising over 200 Partners and 3,000 professionals.<\/p>\n

In his farewell message, Salah reflected on the highs and challenges of his journey, from financial crises and regional upheavals to leading transformative client projects and empowering teams. He will officially retire on July 31, 2025, once a new Consulting Leader is in place and the firm concludes another successful year.<\/p>\n

Salah expressed heartfelt gratitude to colleagues, clients, and mentors, describing the experience as \u201cthe privilege of a lifetime,\u201d and shared his excitement about celebrating this new chapter over the summer.<\/p>\n
