His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman<\/a> has officially launched the Saudi Architectural Character Map,<\/p>\n

featuring 19 distinctive architectural styles inspired by the Kingdom\u2019s diverse geographical and cultural characteristics.<\/p>\n

The initiative underscores Saudi Arabia\u2019s commitment to celebrating its architectural heritage,<\/p>\n

enhancing urban quality of life, and modernizing cityscapes as part of Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

The Crown Prince emphasized that Saudi architecture will reflect the cultural and geographical diversity of the Kingdom<\/p>\n

while ensuring sustainable urban planning that harmonizes with the local environment and integrates traditional architectural elements into modern designs.<\/p>\n

Blending Heritage with Contemporary Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cSaudi architecture blends our deep-rooted heritage with contemporary design thinking,\u201d said the Crown Prince.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are working to improve urban landscapes and quality of life while building an architectural framework that balances the past and present.<\/p>\n

This model will serve as a global inspiration for architectural innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n

He further added:<\/p>\n

\u201cSaudi architecture will indirectly contribute to economic growth by making our cities more attractive to visitors and tourists, stimulating sectors such as tourism, hospitality, and construction.<\/p>\n

It also lays the foundation for a thriving urban future where our cities and communities flourish.\u201d<\/p>\n

Saudi Architecture: A Catalyst for Urban Transformation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Saudi Architecture Exhibition aims to enrich urban architectural diversity, elevate the visual identity of cities, and empower local talent.<\/p>\n

By 2030, the initiative is expected to contribute more than 8 billion SAR ($2.13 billion) to the Kingdom\u2019s cumulative GDP and create over 34,000 direct and indirect jobs in engineering, construction, and urban development sectors.<\/p>\n

The Saudi Architecture initiative provides developers with clear guidelines, allowing them to utilize modern building materials without incurring additional financial burdens.<\/p>\n

Each of the 19 architectural styles offers three design variations:<\/p>\n
