The implementation will roll out in three phases, ensuring a smooth transition for businesses and workers alike.

The initiative targets leadership, specialist, and technical roles, aiming to nationalize core positions within the hospitality and tourism ecosystem.

This decision aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which positions the tourism sector as a key driver of the national economy and a major source of quality job opportunities for citizens.

The ministry emphasized its commitment to offering training and development programs in cooperation with relevant stakeholders to equip Saudi nationals with the necessary skills to succeed in these roles and ensure high-quality service standards across the industry.
